This training is designed to improve creativity, speed of play, craftiness on the ball, coordination and vision on the ball through small-sided play. Players will get a lot of touches on the ball and are constantly moving. Focus will be on the technical side of the game rather than relying on athleticism. Players should wear shin guards and indoor soccer or running shoes. Bring a water bottle.
